Notifications of posted workers (WagwEU)

Companies and certain self-employed professionals who are temporarily seconded to the Netherlands from the EEA or Switzerland, Dutch law requires to self-report under the Employment Conditions for Posted Employees in the EU Act (WagwEU). This notification must be completed before work begins.
